Then show me a mission without a map.
iām aftaid i canāt really accurately speak for this one as i did not created the maps nor the missions. it feels like that some location are actually random. and others, inspired on how some events actually went ( as an example, some of the berlin map, and the d-day. )
on the other hand, moscow, stalingrad, and tunisia missions are more randomic because they start from one point, and make you goes across a city or a town. which once again, the map has been made prior to the missions.
missions are just an adaptation or in some occasions, a alteration based on the map.
the map itās only one, and devs make missions on it. the gray zone has nothing to do with the map layout.
itās some trickery, ik, but itās really simple once you understand it.
the editor?
the events?
those, you can say are interconnected as has been specifically designed for the mission.
not the other way around.
I have a feeling you are talking about āgamemodesā, not āmissionsā. Eventually you mean āmission typesā.
The nomenclature in Enlisted is a bit of a fucked up imo.
Ffs grey zone is the map border erika you are seriusly
No tunisia is maked from real location, you can see them even on panzers 2 an rts
missions are a set of parameters which includes gamemodes.
which those use the main map.
events on the other hand, have and make the map used for the mission that has been created separately.
So missions are dependant on the map.
which are based on the mission. not the map it self
you donāt have barriers on the map normally.
because those are setted in the mission. which itās logic based.
the map: yes,
the missions: no.
( as you attack or defend where you shouldāt )
yes
you should really start improving your english as those half sentences does not really help you to communicate the message that you are trying to make.
so, to my interepretation, what you are implying, is that the guy who makes the missions is the same who made the map.
that is. wrong.
because the map maker, and level designer, are two different figures.
which they can work together, as sometimes they do ( an example on top of my head, was the hole on d-day that has been tank trapped to avoid tanks going in )
but one has to do with the map design, and the other has to do with the logical editor for missions.
they are not the same guy, and do different things.
what you are complaining, is about the missions layout. not map layout.
historical location, yes.
actual real displayement, no.
because the germans in stalingrad did not captured the train station nor the fallenās fighter square in the same day.
thatās an example of missions adapting to the map.
which itās what iām saying.
same goes for moscow. moscow hasnāt really gone the way in enlisted goes. those locations are dynamic and recreated based on the architecture.
no. as they change objectives time to time, they make the mission logic after the map.
dunno how or what iāll have to say more than that
I donāt understand you.
I think you have some problems with the terms and understand them, thatās all.
In any case, it seems to me that you are saying the same thing that I was saying, but in different words.
well i look there cause there are 2 spawn points for tanks so i do wide searchā¦
also there is default spawn in forest so idk how useful that flank actually isā¦
Erika you are saying a lot of thing for dont admit map are unifished and bad thinked, you keep defending something is indifendibile, but is ok is far even more understable than, the guy wo keep spam end game screen were is play bad asking form german buff
this discussion at this point is pointless, im dont want keep going say the same thing, as i sayed up you have your idea and i cant change your mind but at least remind that thanks this stupid approch dev keep have using the same map bulding/layout and how we want call them style, we gonna have always the same problem
And im sure the first topic of the new update is how is bad thinked and maked the new berlin map
Wait and see
No default spawn in the Forest for both side use your leg for go here
no.
you simply donāt understand the concept.
( i should say, basic concept of game design )
thatās on you more than anthing tbh.
Red the one near the sand, you can go up here and place rallypoint, you find yourself directly in the back of the bunker
and IIRC default spawn for axis is just below red circle⦠second one is on tower.
Default axis spawn is near the trench, not toward the forest
The point is you can use the forest for attack them from the side or camp their spawn
