Super quick thread to make-
Mud was a big factor regarding tanks, especially on the eastern front, but swamp areas like in Normandy would be relevant as well.
I think mud could add a lot to map design by denying some ground from tanks, or only some tanks, entirely by getting them stuck or slowing them down.
Can’t vote because I’m not a tester apparently, but no, I don’t think it should be added.
Tanks are pretty awful to control as is, without the map fighting back
tanks already have their own issues. denying them compleatling including the already present tank traps it’s utterly pointless and kill the whole gameplay for tanks people. making the overhall slight effect down to pointless and forced to camp even more to be somewhat good.
If anybody knows the syntax for adding more than 1 group to a poll, let me know.
I’m guessing =enlisted_tester, enlisted_cbt
But I don’t want to break it entirely.
It reminded me of a story.
T-34 was driving through muddy terrain and one of the crew members had to go out and check sth. When he touched the ground he fell into the mud knee deep, while tank was still on the surface.
