The MP 746(d) was the licensed Danish copy of the Suomi KP/-31 SMG, used in German service during WW2. Instead of the 71 round drum magazine (the only magazine purchased for German service KP/-31s), the Danish MP 746(d) uses 50 round coffin magazines.
The PPSh-41 Box and PPSh-41 have 35 and 71 rounds at BR 3 and 5 respectively. With that in mind, a weapon with a comparable cyclic rate with a magazine capacity in between (45-60) would fit there. Using that logic, we can conclude the 50 round coffin magazine on the MP 746(d) would make it suitable for BR 4.
