Move the Ho-Ni III to br2

should the Ho-Ni III be moved to BR2?

The Ho-Ni III is currently a BR3 Japanese TD in the tech tree, and is very obsolete at that rating. It sits in the same rank as the Chi-nu, and likely very soon the Chi-Nu II, which are better in almost every single regard; twice the armor values, are turreted whereas this vehichle is stuck with almost no gun traverse, have 2 machine guns wherte the Ho-Ni has none, and the Chi-Nu has the exact same cannon, and the Chi-Nu II an even better cannon. If this gets moved to BR 2, it will not disrupt the balance of the game because the Ho-Ni I is already BR2, and the only substantial difference is a few millimeters around the compartment so it isn’t open topped, which is not worth going to the same BR as shermans (which it struggles to penetrate frontally anyways). For these reasons, I propose tbe Ho-Ni III is moved to BR2.

if any HMG can frontally kill a tank then it deserves to be br2 at max

Let’s drop chi nu to br 2 as well. The 75mm cannon is nowhere near comparable with american ones and it has next to no armour. It is more like japanese panzer 3j1 while chi nu 2 and chi to are panzer 4.

Than what about Ho-Ni I, down to BR1?
The current dilemma is that TD is not needed in the game.
