Move the Chi-To to BR3

Ur the one who can’t kill a Sherman with over 100mm of pen lmao

Please refer to the armor profiles of the M4A2 and M4A3 vs any Japanese tank outside BR5 before returning, thank you.

I’ve played this and war thunder plenty thank you. How about u do that before making urself look uneducated

I never said I couldn’t do it, I’m just saying that for a tank at the same BR as a Sherman the Chi-Nu holds no advantages. On top of that it’s not necessarily any better than the Ho-I, the main BR2 tank for Japan.

Please construct an argument and don’t just Ad hominem.

You talking about ad hominem after posting that gif is almost endearingly unself aware

And again. Still waiting for you to back up ur argument by showing off chi nu vs sherman

Yeah but that was funny, plus I did put forward the point that you need to look at the armor profiles of the tanks we’re discussing. But since you’re incapable of doing such simple tasks as research then I’ll explain it.

The M61 and APHE rounds have the same pen, this is true, but that doesn’t matter when they aren’t fighting the same tanks. The thickest plate of Japanese armor until BR5 is 75mm and flat, meanwhile the Sherman has a sloped 64mm plate. On top of the difference in armor, you yourself admitted that the APHE has worse angled performance, which compounds with the fact that it has to pen more armor.

The M61 is already a better round than the APHE, but the APHE is made even worse by the fact that is has to deal with tanks that have more armor and sloped armor. At this point I need to see the playtime numbers cause I don’t think I believe you when you say you’ve played either Enlisted or War Thunder.

Show the performance of the shell vs the m4a2 without track armor. Back up ur point with some actual evidence.

Okay

At point blank, 0 meters distance, the Chi-Nu can’t pen the front plate of the 105 Sherman outside the MG port and a small strip of armor that’s harder to hit than the MG port.

If you have War Thunder then you could be testing this yourself, I shouldn’t have to explain this stuff to someone who supposedly has hours on the game like I’m teaching Kindergarten

Was playing team fortress 2. And you didn’t bOther to mention the turret

Because a vast majority of the turret is either too armored, too angled, or too volumetric to pen. What little area there is to pen is harder to hit than the MG port due to its smaller surface area as well as that it’s snuggled up against the turret mantlet.

Why aren’t you showing the protection map…

Okay so I have 230 hours on War Thunder, this statement leads me to believe that collectively we have 231 hours on War Thunder.

The protection map IS NOT ACCURATE, areas that cannot be penned are lit up green when they shouldn’t be. The only way to know where and where not to shoot is to test it, not to just trust the protection map.

You can test this all yourself, that is if you even have the game installed.

I have 1209 hours in war thunder. I know how volumetric and weird angling can screw up shots. Protection always is guess what gives you a Birds Eye view. You can let me know if it’s labeled as low probability or not. Let me the more experienced player guide you

Take the Chi-Nu into the Enlisted practice range and prove me wrong then. You seem to have forgotten that we’re not talking about War Thunder, we’re talking about Enlisted.

And since we’re bringing up playtime, I have 3,241 hours on Enlisted.

seemed easy enough
