Move the Breda 88 (P.XI) to BR1

should the Breda 88 be moved to BR1

The Breda 88 is an attacker aircraft sitting at BR2, and while it’s an alright plane, I believe it is BR1 material as it is. The flight characteristics are pretty average for low BR, the triple 12.7mm machine guns located in the nose are decent but nothing special at all, and the bomb load, consisting of three 100kg bombs, is a weak for a BR2 attacker aircraft, but seems fair for BR1, since the Potez 633 has dual 200kg bombs. For these reasons, I propose to lower the Breda 88 to BR1.

Yea its very bad ground attacker but there is even worse Pe-3 at BR III xD I have no idea how they put Pe-3 in BR III it must be BR I very similar situation to 88 (P.XI)
