Move Horn STG to BR IV

Hello comrades!

The Horn STG shares almost identical stats with the STG-45 which already is in BR IV.
So my suggestion is, move the Horn STG to BR IV.

All, Horn STG, MKB42H, MKB42W and STG45 belong to BR4 - simply because their dps is too small, they shoot so slow that BR2 SMGs have faster time to kill.

Their extra long rang power should be traded with bad close range power, yes - thats called balance, but the overall package makes them weak in BR5.

What the devs yet need to understand is, if a weapon has 30% more chance to hit a target at long range compared to a gun with 50% faster rate of fire - then the faster rate of fire gun still kills faster at long range.

You know - what I would actually change is:

MKB42H → Assaulter BR4 weapon
MKB42W → Trooper BR4 weapon (because its a gold order gun)
Horn STG → turn the entire squad into a BR4 Paratrooper squad (because the gun is slightly worse than MKB42H and their uniforms already are paratrooper uniforms)
