Moscow xp points calculation problems/bug?

As you can see from these two battles, I got more experience points in the second by playing worse, and less experience points in the first by playing well, it could be just a coincidence but if someone else found something similar, post it below could be a bug in the experience points

I think one would want to go look at the individual soldier xp and score gains to get the full picture. The exp gain isn’t directly related to the score you gain from each action, although it gives a decent idea.

There could also be a mechanic like WT has where the match length also plays a (significant?) part in the gains - the “worse” game seems to have lasted nearly 50% longer.

Were it with same squads?

My squad members get a base XP (like 300-400, same within squad but different from other squads) even with 0 kills and nothing else. So if you play a squad that has 9 troopers, it might be better XP income than one with 2 snipers and a rifleman.

Have not experienced much with it so it might be wrong.

Same 3 squad i use only infantry and I also used them less in the second because I died more and I used engineers more, so the doubt now comes to me, that there is some system that raises the experience after for example a certain number of deaths

You got more points, but not more experience.

How it work its mystery.

Speculate part

Each squad will share a certain amount of base XP. So, if some soldier’s died early in that squad, he would still get very high XP.

The death caused by homicide has a significant amount of experience.

It is currently uncertain whether the XP grows linearly or logarithmically with time. If the latter one is true, it is not recommended to keep alive for a long time within one time.

XP from destroying a vehicle is very high.

I had imagined that dying repeatedly would give more xp but it always seemed bullshit to me, in fact because it is, what’s the point of dying repeatedly

I made a post on this as well. There are some more screenshots from me and other people as well. Play time is not always the factor - you can score less and play less and still get more xp. Not sure if it is a bug, but the XP gain algorithm is surely opaque and confusing.

I agree also noticed this. Can’t put my finger on why but Moscow definitely awards far less XP than other campaigns.

In the first screenshot, you earned 1264 xp / min, while in the second screenshot - 1069 xp / min.

The problem is that you don’t need to look at the big yellow number like abo, but compare the time spent to the experience earned. And Moscow is fine.
