Moral is really bad right now. With no Holloween event, last two events being aweful and no sale for Console players is not helping. Devs not answering questions, rumors of merger to War Thunder also is going around. The silence in Enlisted staff is something we all wish would not happen. We are not asking for anything unreasonable but you wont even meet us halfway.
Did we the players do something wrong? Are you angry at us? What can I do?
Use to be fun game, but now the devs are killing it.

Yeah, for most updates this year we had fewer and fewer content. For instance we only got one new map so far this year…
Even event have been disappointing… less event squad, lower number of available weapons, increased monetization for less reward overall and terrible april’s fool event.
It is difficult to keep faith in this game currently. As a result I don’t think I will buy anything from the store this year despite the sales going on…

That map can be barely called “new”. 95% is reused content and it isnt even a entirely new map just a expansion for seelow

Console players not getting discounts is something rather weird.
Our household plays on two Enlisted accounts, one on console and one on PC.
Basically both accounts buy the same premium units, but generally always on discount because the full price for many premium units in Enlisted is just silly compared to the price of other games.
So our console account is still missing a lot of premium units that our PC account does have. Enlisted is missing out on quite a lot of purchases for the console account, because this year they really did not have a single noteworthy console premium unit discount.
Whoever is in charge of discounts at Enlisted is a certifiable “genius” lol.

A really smart thing to do in Enlisted would be to give all the premium units the option to use weapons from all BR levels. This has been done for the two USSR paratrooper squads, the premium one and the event one. So IT IS POSSIBLE AND IT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE in Enlisted.
Why would this be smart? Because it ADDS to the value of ALL premium units. It means that investing in them REMAINS USEFUL even when their standard premium weapons are no longer at the BR level where the player is currently playing at.
For example suppose you buy a premium unit with a nice looking outfit but it only has BR III level weapons. Once you start to play at BR V that premium unit has lost its practical use and value.
IF you could equip that premium unit with BR V weapons you could keep using them. Why is that important? Because it means that players will start buying units for their unique outfit and not the weapons they have. It also would entice NEW players to buy a BR I premium unit because they would know that the premium unit will remain valuable even at BR 5. Veteran players will NOT buy a BR I to III new premium unit because they have no practical use for it. IF HOWEVER a premium unit could be equipped with any BR level weapon than EVEN VETERAN PLAYERS would be interested in buying lower BR premium units FOR THE UNIQUE UNIFORM ONLY.
And this not only applies to just infantry units, premium vehicle and aircraft crews could also be implemented in such a way that the player could make them use any BR vehicle/aircraft. Again that way a premium crew in a unique uniform at BR I could be put into a BR V vehicle/aircraft, which makes premium units interesting to collect FOR THE UNIFORM ALONE.
Next to the UNIQUE UNIFORM the added value of a premium unit is their fully upgraded soldier and the premium soldier experience bonus. But in the current system TOO MANY PREMIUM UNITS REMAIN STUCK AT LOW BR LEVELS MAKING THEM USELESS FOR EXPERIENCED PLAYERS PLAYING AT HIGH BR LEVELS.
That this CAN BE DIFFERENT is made clear by the USSR favouritism displayed in Enlisted by ALLOWING THE USSR PARATROOPERS TO USE EVERY BR LEVEL WEAPON ON THE USSR SIDE. So it is TECHNICALLY POSSIBLE but it is only allowed for the USSR side in Enlisted.
This is not only silly USSR favouritism but it is also stupid from a sales point of view. Enlisted could be selling all premium units for all nations if they allowed all of them to be reequipped by the player after purchase.
And it does not end there.
If they allowed premium units to be reequipped by the player after purchase AND set them up to be overall valuable in all conditions it would make all premium units more interesting to collect not just for the uniform but also for the added benefit that every premium squad would be overall useful in all normal situations. What I mean by that is, give every premium infantry unit (the new ones and ALL LEGACY ONES) AT MINIMUM the following soldiers:
- 1+ Engineer = required to be able to deploy rally points and ammunition crates
- 1+ AT specialist = required to be able to fight enemy vehicles at range
- 1+ MG specialist = required because AI soldiers with a MG are the most effective AI soldiers
- 1+ Medic specialist = required for their ability to deploy med boxes and heal soldiers + IMPLEMENT GIVING AI SOLDIERS THE ABILITY TO AUTO HEAL FRIENDLIES WITHOUT THE HUMAN PLAYER ORDERING THEM TO.
This same principle should apply to every paratrooper unit, meaning every paratrooper should get these four soldier classes after recovering their equipment from the paratrooper crate. Currently it is just silly that in Enlisted the paratroopers have the LEAST AMMO and only one option to get an engineer soldier, since he is the only soldier able to deploy ammo crates. This is not only silly in terms of game play but also in terms of authenticity because in real life PARATROOPERS DROPPED INTO COMBAT CARRYING MORE AMMO THAN REGULAR INFANTRY SOLDIERS. In Enlisted reality is reversed because in Enlisted paratroopers carry less ammo than regular infantry soldiers. Whoever is in charge of all this in Enlisted needs to take a deep look in the mirror and question whether his decisions are smart from both a monetary and game play point of view.
If the above changes would be implemented they would improve sales of premium units AND add to game play, as well as to players having more fun playing Enlisted.
Note: By premium units I do not just mean the ones bought with gold and money, but also EVENT units since many players will also buy these EVENT units directly simply because they can, and/or because they choose to not “play” to unlock them and instead just buy them directly.

I think he also meant “halloween’” and “console”. Whilst we is being PC, he also missed “devs no longer love us long time” but hey, it’s all gooood xxx
I see this as positive. I never really liked Halloween themed and April fools events. I just want WW2 themed events all year long.
I am playing Enlisted because I am interested in WW2 atmosphere. Not some space fights or zombies. I own games that do much better job at that.
So as long as we’ll get another WW2 event soon, I don’t see lack of Halloween event as negative. Quite the opposite.

What? You got the devs to love you long time? That’s just not fair! I never got the devs to love me long time—only short time. I asked, and I asked, and I asked… “Please, love me longtime,” but all I ever got for a response was, “NO, we love you short time—now go!”
Do you think there might be some way I could get a temporal refund?

Enlisted still sucks and there is no real reason that at least would make me assume it is going to be better.
Nothing works/ has decent quality and all we get are FOMO events with worse and worse rewards and Event BPs while three bug “fixes” are now considered as updates because there is nothing else to say right now.
But as others stated, there are other snail games that are performing much worse and somehow did not get plugged off so it either goes on forever or it will be merged into War Thunder because they run out of nations to add.
