I think the mg34 with a 100rd belt would be a nice BR IV stopgap until you reach the MG42 100, it gives the gun some more love and feels more realistic than the weird 75 round double drum mag variant. You may argue that because of it that this suggestion is obsolete but i think it’s an easy to add implementation that helps cement germany’s machine gun dominance.
A 100-round MG 34 would be BR V - unless you want to nerf it somehow just to have it be on the same BR as the double-drim version.

And, since it’s just a ‘belt-fed’ ‘MG 34’ (both existing seperately in the tech tree already), and it’s a historically common weapon, it makes more sense for it to be the sustained-fire BR V TT alternative. It’s not the MG 34s fault that the devs have already added two suspect BR V TT MGs that should probably have been added some other way.
Some people prefer the slower rate of fire and, if the stats of the other MG34s are kept, minimally less vertical recoil and a bit less dispersion, both standard and from movement increase. It doesn’t really do anything the others don’t
