    Zombie health for waves 1 to 9 increases addictively by 2.5 per wave starting from 5.0

    Zombie health for 10 <= wave_number <= 50:
    value[wave_number] = value[wave_number - 1] * 1.09 (wave 9 zombie health is 25.0)

    • Zombie count also scales up per wave after wave 10
    Formula for nerds 🤓

    (0.2 * (wave_num ^2) - 0.0714 * wave_num + 50.4286), capped at 400, round down to the nearest integer.

i must say wonderful work once again, ill try to convice both my clan and my enlisted server to try the mod since it seems to look very good perhaps i can use it for also a halloween event

It was very fun playing through to the end, some things do need a bit of balancing though like the teddy bear bomb.

Also the fish zombies are so silly, I love it.

Der Riese Update 1.0.5

This is a small QoL & balancing patch

  • Increased the damage of all Modern Conflict event weapons (MP5, M4, AK, etc.) to be a little bit better than common-tier SMGs and ARs

  • Increased M12 Trench Gun and Browning M1918A2’s damage as they are under-performing

  • Increased the medic__healThreshold value on player templates to 0.99 from 0.65 - this means you can now always heal your friends when they get hurt (by pressing F or your interact key on them)! No longer limited to 65% health!
    Remember to help your teammates out by healing them and preventing them going down. It costs literally nothing as it doesn’t use up your medkit.

  • Balanced out the impact of Bear Bombs buyable from the bunker by increasing the unit price to 3000 each. This is a temporary solution and a better way of offsetting its performance will be developed later

  • Increased the display range of the UI hints for zombie spawn barriers

  • Added PTRS Scoped to the normal mystery box’s loot table. It is customized to Der Riese’s needs and is different to the default one in game in terms of handling, so check it out before you discard it.

  • Added narrator phrases for completing Waves 25 and 40 respectively.
    The one at 25 tells you that you are half-way from beating the map, and the one in 40 tells you that you are almost there!

  • Implemented different characters icons for the 4 main characters with what is available.

  • [Experimental] Fixed the Bonk sound not playing when a boss is defeated

This is a hotfix and QoL improvement update

  • [For Console players] Added aim_assist_target to all zombies in the map. Hopefully this will make the game a little bit easier for controllers (especially for myself, where I have immense skill issue on my PS4 playing Der Riese)
  • Reduced the minPositionChange value for zombie_stuck_control. Now zombies wouldn’t be killed because they were going into circles as often.
  • Patched a bunch more spots where players can get stuck or killed
  • Changed the starting weapon of Richtofen to Mauser C96

C96 seems to be the only pistol able to go in 3rd slot if picked after being dropped

not intended I guess

Also, Barrett M82 is weirdly positioned in player hands, like it’s meant to used with a scope, shooting way above aiming line

Barrett when aimed, but shots go at target shoulder area
