Bottle rating 4 is a place for Thompson for 50 rounds.
Mkb 42 H is likely too strong for BR III (unless you were referring to premium Mkbs). However, I believe all BR IV Thompson’s should be downtiered to BR III. The Allies are the only ones with 30 round SMGs at BR IV.
About the 50 round Thompson, I’m not sure. The 1928A1 with the cramped sights and lower rpm could possibly fit on BR IV.

I suppose it’s a kind of logic. On the battle rating two you got thompson’s for 20 rounds on the battle rating 3, you have thompson’s for 30 rounds on battle rating 4 you have thompson’s for 50 rounds and after all. In the battle rating 5, you get some hyde SMG.
That can make tea lovers and the cowboys a little bit stronger and available to play at.
