M1 Bazooka(a) - German-captured Bazooka

I’m voting against as I’d rather not have captured equipment unless there’s a serious gap that needs to be filled…

And I might be a lone voice here, but I really like the GRB 39. It’s probably my favourite T2 AT weapon :stuck_out_tongue: You carry a decent stock of ammo and the sights are excellent for engaging armoured vehicles at safe ranges (once you’re used to them). I miss those sights at later tiers!

Though totally agree the Sturmpistole is hilariously crappy.

This whole argument seems based on giving BR2 another AT option that can actually fight a up tier. I’m not against that, I’m against the copy paste when we have a very clear option that’s from the very faction you mentioned. That’s why I voted no.

Panzerfaust 30.

Perfect for BR2.

No it’s not. It’s way too strong. It was perfect for br3 with the other fausts being uptiered

completely unnecessary considering the panzer Faust 60-100 is better penetration wise RPzB. 43 is the best all round with good ballistics giving it crazy range too did I mention all of these can 1 shot most allied tanks from the front you don’t need or want the M1 or M9 bazooka did I mention the germies get a mortar that can kill tanks too.

not sure why the Germies haven’t gotten the Panzerfuast 30 yet.

The gun would have the worst drop rate than the Grb

So what? I often take out tanks 100 meters out with the 60 even though it’s supposed to be good for 60 meters

30 meter a second velocity is pretty bad. Bear in mind piat is 53 meters a second and pf 60 is 45

We all know piat and m1 are absolute garbage. Not even comparable with panzerfaust. If i can hit a tank over 100 meters away with the 60, players should easily be able to hit tanks at 60 meters away with the 30. Most tanks are stationary when you use them 2 seconds ain’t gonna do anything

A tank from 60 meters away takes 2 seconds of travel time not taking into account arc which likely takes it 3 seconds. Now count 3 seconds in ur head. Thats how much arc you gotta account for that’s how much u gotta lead ur target.

Usually a tank is not moving. Wont have to lead a shot unless you want to and can’t wait for it stop. The math is the same using a 60 at 100m.

Would it be nice for germany? Absolutely. Would also be really effing shitty for u.s.

U.s. br2 tanks aren’t great, no access to apcbc beyond m8 with heat. M1/piat are effectively useless. I will run a tank down on foot before relying on one of those. U.s. Br1 tanks are the worst (except japan), boys atr just shouldn’t even be in game.

Something like the pz30 would work in br2 well enough, some may argue it’s overkill but look at the 60 vs 100 a 40mm pen difference when in reality its zero difference other then the distance it is rated to travel reliably. So knocking it down to a similar level to the M1 wouldn’t be bad for balancing.

I also have photographic evidence of how the Paser-Fausti warehouses were captured by the US.
There are even archival photographs and newsreels showing soldiers from the 82nd and 101st US Airborne Divisions carrying Panzerfausts as standard equipment.

The m1 and piat are so unreliable though. Panzerfausts are so incredibly reliable. There’s zero comparison between an m1 and a faust 30.
