Before we start, let me tell you a story. You’re a German player who started playing Enlisted less than three months ago. You’ve got a decent grasp of the game now, having bought several premium infantry squads and put together a solid BR 2 lineup.
You just got off work and boot up the game, only to get matched on the Quarry map. You were hoping to dominate with your MP 719(r) and MP40s, but the other team is BR 3. Every one of their players has BR 3 SMGS that can wipe your squad without breaking a sweat, and your main MP 719 squad? Only five guys.
So, you spawn your Panzer IV. That’s when the enemy pulls out a vehicle you’ve never seen before: a KV-1. It’s up on the ridge, raining fire down on your squad from a position of strength. Your short-barreled 75mm gun can’t penetrate it. You think about grabbing a plane, but you’re a noob—you don’t know how to fly. You can’t get anywhere near it. At this moment, your only hope is the anti-tank rifle in your hands…
I know a lot of people hate the idea of adding more copy-paste stuff to the tech tree. But for German BR 2, this anti-tank rifle would be a massive help.Plus, the Panzerschreck itself was developed directly from captured Bazookas.
M1 Bazooka (a) Advantages(Compared to the GRB 39 and the Sturmpistole)
-
Straighter trajectory
-
Faster reload time
-
Clearer sight picture
-
80mm penetration
Experienced German veterans can easily take out KV-1s from beyond 100 meters with the GRB 39 and its 90mm penetration. But between its awkward sights and parabolic trajectory, it’s not exactly new-player-friendly. There’s a real learning curve. The M1 Bazooka (a) is clearly the better fit for most players. With a 2.6-second reload, it keeps you in the fight longer and cuts way down on downtime between shots.
That’s why I’m suggesting we add this weapon to the German tech tree—to bolster the limited anti-tank options at BR 2.

The soldier is carrying two examples of the US M1 Rocket Launcher, probably captured during fighting with US troops in Italy.

This picture taken by the WaA-prüf is of course the most significant one.Displaying the Rocket Launcher with a grenade that was captured in Tunis. With this specimen in hand the development of the Panzerschreck was started.
