The M2 sawoff is pretty annoying to use at longer ranges due to its high horizontal recoil. I suggest lowering the horizontal recoil from 22 to 16 to make it feel more consistent and usable at range.

Not just do I have an inherent hatred for this made-up weapon - it doesn’t have a buttstock.
If you don’t have a buttstock, you can’t shoulder the weapon, and if you can’t shoulder a automatic weapon you will naturally have an awful time trying to control it - especially one that fires something more powerful than a pistol round.
It having high horizontal recoil is very much a intended feature.
to be real , that error of nature not having iron sights and with big recoil made this weapon pretty useless , reducing the horizontal recoil dont hurt that bad too and could be atleast a pretty good buff for it
The M2 Carbine Sawoff and Uragan should never have been added. They were both either field modifications of captured weapons or a one off (in the case of the Uragan), and therefore were very rare and probably almost never seen in combat.
BR V in general probably shouldn’t have been added seeing as the majority of the weapons were prototypes, but at least they were made in decent enough numbers and some had battlefield testing.
If the Japanese soldiers have the arm strength to fire the Type 97 anti tank rifle from the shoulder then they got the arm strength to control the m2 carbine sawoff
I hate thw Uragan with every Atom my body is made of. I swear you can’t play against a soviet player in br 3 without facing against someone with it.
If it was to be added, then it should’ve been an event or premium weapon instead
removing it would be better xD xD
The Uragan, despite being a one-off makeshift weapon that would have been better served as a event/bp/premium weapon, at least existed.
The M2 sawn off is actually just dreamt up, apparently a M1 sawn off wouldn’t have been interesting enough so they made this fictional thing instead.
I think they got it about right as it would not be the most pleasurable weapon to be firing without the stock. However, why did the Dev’s give it a faster reload time then the real M2 Carbine?
I guess they just threw the Japanese a bone. ![]()

He already gets plenty of benefits from being cut down: fast aim-down-sights speed, great hipfire performance, quicker reload speed, stationary standing hipfire spread that doesn’t expand, and an excellent sight. Can’t you just put up with its minor flaws? What’s more, it boasts a recoil control coefficient of 70.
