Lower The BR Of BA Rifle GL with HEAT From BR3 To BR2

You can keep the BR of BA Rifle GL with HE at BR3 but the BA Rifle with HEAT needs to be lowered to BR2 with a little tweak.

By tweak means changing the splash damage just like what they did to the explosive charge vs grenade, also increase the ammo cap from 3 to 9

With these tweaks, these BA Rifle GL with HEAT will now behave like rocket launcher with its munitions.

With the current BR of these HEAT munitions is matched, your lucky when your matched against BR2 but when you’re matched in BR3 or Higher, thess munitions struggles to penetrate.

Only if they really change it into standart AT laucher splash AKA only a direct hit will kill and not much more.

With the state rifle grenades are now i think moving them back to 2 is fair… they are trash now which is exactly what the people who complained about them wanted.

I don’t think every soldier at BR 2 should have an ability to take out a tank frontally and effortlessly, at range.

I want the BA Rifle GL with HEAT to be more AT role, Not a general purpose GL

Yes, make it distinctive in purpose HEAT for AT and HE for anti personnel
