Akt-40 has the highest horizontal recoil out of all the SF rifles in the game coming in at 39 while the other rifles have around 20-30. And the AKT-40 already kicks like a mule as it is. Reducing its recoil control could potentially make it even harder to control than the fedorov rifle. So instead, just decrease the damage or increase the damage drop off over longer ranges since it’s a carbine.
