The shotguns used by the Japanese military during World War II were mostly in the navy. Towards the end of the war, they were used as substitutes for the insufficiently available standard rifles. Military technology historian Sakurano Toshio mentioned in “Small Guns, Hand Grenades, Machine Guns: A Comprehensive Study of Japanese Small Arms” that the Great Japan Rifle Association provided the Japanese navy with over 50,000 12-caliber shotguns owned by its members. The types included single-shot shotguns, multi-barrel shotguns, and semi-automatic shotguns. They were mainly distributed to the shore-based marines for defense duties. It is said that they were used in the Battle of Saipan.

During World War II, the Japanese Navy developed the “Type 4 Two-Row Ammunition Pistol”, which was a mid-length double-barreled smoothbore pistol that fired 12mm caliber shotgun pellets. It served as a cheap alternative to both submachine guns and pistols.

This is a pistol, but it fires shotgun pellets.Just like the shotgun we obtained during the Halloween event before.
It can be placed in the slot of the pistol.

More importantly, it is a special weapon specifically designed for the navy.
We believe that collectors who are fond of naval weapons will not miss it.
Do you hope to see this kind of weapon being used on our battlefield?
Of course, the pistol is not affected by the BR.
