Well Japan lacks BR I smg options so I think this will be very easy to implement and make since its in the game all the devs need is to upgrade the model and give it 20 round magazine and put it in the TT. Soon the book maybe will be ready so there can be a lot of suggestions 
It will be good combination with Type I rifle for BR I builds.

Well now there is lack of BR I smgs there is 2 more spicy options but I will wait to see will there be info about them in the book. But this one is save to add.

Beretta 38/43 is the perfect submachine gun for the Japanese tech tree.
It would be Japan’s first 9mm submachine gun which makes it quite unique.
Considering the 38/43’s characteristics, it would offer higher fire rate and better damage retention over range than the S1-100, but at the cost of a much smaller magazine, since Navy only ordered 20 round mags.
For Axis however it wouldn’t be interesting at all anyway since the very similar Beretta 38/42 is already in the tech tree at BR2, while the Beretta 38 (20) at BR1 is slightly better in most aspects than the 38/43.
Yes for Japan will be very unique and nice addition for Germany literally the BR I is a bit better. So for Japan this SMG will be very unique. Something they don’t have.

I also doubt it since he has good reasons and explains why so he is not a troll that gives no to everything. There is a lot of other people that simply dont have reson they either hate the creator of the topic or the faction or just give no to everything since the game is ‘‘perfect’’ and there should be nothing new added to the empty TT 
I dont know why people complain about Adam he is not that bad simply has its own opinion and he has good reasons also so its not just ‘‘no’’.
There is some hate Japan fanclub and my haters club that give no all the time since they cant get over that I was right about type 99 xD Or ‘‘mah rEaLISM’’ fanboys that are neither for realism or for good gameplay… xD

He is a bit conservative but there is really people that dont want no changes at all I mean we dont have BR I ground attackers and fighters for many faction exactly becouse of people that think somehow this will ruin the game xD
