Most Murata shotgun is converted from the single shot Murata, so it’s understandable if you got mixed
Not really, but when you search for Murata shotgun you get exactly the same looking rifle (sorry I just noticed the reply)
It also makes some sense as hunting rifles do look this way kinda (Sporterized)

The Japanese were actually rather fond of Ruby-style pistols, having captured a ton from the Chinese and bought for themselves. There’s a rather famous image of a Japanese pilot with a Royal pistol, which was VERY popular among Chinese warlords for its large size and capacity.

We have the Type 100 in the game, So the Type 1 TERA
can be added of which only 150 units were produced for testing It was based on the Arisaka 38 Carbine so used 6.5m, but it was discontinued in favor of the Type 2 TERA.
Type 1 TERA
We can add the Type 2 TERA, It was based on the Type 99, so it used 7.7mm, which was produced between 19,500 and 21,000 units.
And was widely Used by Japanese paratroopers in Philippines in 1944 and 1945.
Type 2 TERA
And the Type 2 TERA had a folding anti-aircraft sight.
And there was a variant of the Type 99 LMG with a folding stock for paratroopers

What is the name of this specific pistol?
Was the second picture not already added to the game? Or is this a different version?
Do you have an information on this pistol? Was it a real weapon during the war or is this a pre-war modification?
Are two different weapons.
We have the Type 100 Rifle in the game, neither of the two TERA rifles is in the game.

Not much info about it, but such conversions were rather a personal thing made by gunsmiths than anything, so super rare.
My guess is that its rather foreign thing where the native ammo type wasn’t any obtainable

The information is somewhat scarce, but from what I’ve found, the Japanese used 12-round in 7.65mm caliber

12 rounds of .32 is what I’ve seen, but it could probably have janky chinese 13 round magazines since they were VERY popular among warlords.
