of course wipe is coming, there was way too much spam - like my SU side has like 200+ rifles, because soldiers disbanding. Etc. Lots of spam like that. So yeah, wipe is needed.
Question is - will we get anything, as Beta testers? Or we regrind everything? Bah, looking at my SU side - it will take me around 1+ months to grind it back to that level.
I would much rather get a small bonus - like some boxes, and start enjoying the game sooner.

I figured a wipe would come since progression was too fast. I expect you will need a premium account to maintain the current grind rate just like War Thunder.

Slow?
The CL progression is pretty fast all in all. Especially compared to games like WT. It took a week of playing like 2-3 matches a day to get the allies to CL6, almost 7 for example. That’s nothing.
I’m not talking CL.
Even though the later part of it gets a bit tedious, with early XP cost per level being <50k and late XP cost per level being 180k, it is still doable.
I’m talking about the 300odd hours you need on average to get a 2-star gun to 5 stars (altho that’s gun specific, you can level up different guns at the same time, with 10+ guns to level at the same time).
Or the 30 hours average per rank 5 soldier (this does count leveling at the same time)
Both of which give gigantic advantages over people who do not have said guns or soldiers maxed.

tbh at this point I’m not even bothering with upgrading guns unless it’s LMGs since I only use the one machine gunner and I have shitloads of ZBs and Madsens
