I'm tired of all the people defending the new system for repairing tanks let me throw a wrench into it

Not everything will be said in one go otherwise people get rid of this post or censor it.

The new repair is cool and all but just pushes tanker back into the greyzone where they wont take damage in the first place and can just lob HE. Fieldrepairs beeing more dangerous just mean less tanker will risk those on the frontline and you got anothere greyzone camper.

there is nothing wrong with like something so good

More difficult repairs mean tankers need to play with bigger care - even if you risk getting immobilised, you can easily get punished for it.

Great.

you talk as if in the old system you didn’t need to go to the gray zone to repair your tank safely

False. It means more camper. And that’s pretty much all to it.

Meaning AT gunners will be even more useless now btw.

But you cant play safe on the frontline. The only way to play safe is to greyzone.
Even with the old sytem frontlining in a tank was risky buissness and dieing to bugged HE not killing was way to commen. This made all the problem of the frontline just worse.

I’m so glad there’s so many eyes here It’s hard to cover up something when there’s so many witnesses around.

The frontline always was dangerous for tanks but sometimes you could sneack in a repair in a lull of the fighting behind your tank. This wont be possible anymore.

very specific and occasional situations.

Because only a few specific players even commited to the frontline instead of chosing the easy way.

because system is not that bad. overall gameplay is. and you might suc ma wrench actually

False? So the oppotise is true you mean?

Being more careful means exposing your tank to enemy fire and rushing into the enemy lines regardless of losses is your definition of “tanker being more careful” ?

You can say that you dont like this type of gameplay, but stop lying to me.

Less forgiving gameplay will result in players being more careful. Thats a fact.

me too, I really hope it doesn’t get removed

But the apex of a careful playstyle is just greyzoning… which while it was the norm so far it wasnt mandated.
Greyzoning does not need skill to survive nor does it feel right just sit behind a magic kill all barrier as your defence against infantry attacks.

I’m not sure if anyone realized it but could you imagine what would happen if you had friends and a premium account and what you could do with that.
