I’m the one who spends time reading and engaging on this forum.
I’m the one who spends money on this game
I’m the one who spends money because I want to support the developers of this game.
I’m the one who complains about all the choices made by the developers of this game.
I’m the one who complains because I care about this game.
Regardless of how upset and disappointed, I am, I’m probably the one who still will continue play this game tomorrow.
In the end, I’m the useful idiot that will make this game live further by all my highly contested opinions/actions that turn out to be non-deliberate and counterproductive feeding this Leviathan.
Nothing here is wrong. It’s the opposite. You SHOULD complain. You SHOULD engage, and you SHOULD play the game. If we didnt care, we wouldnt complain and we wouldnt play.
But the reality is that all our discussions and feedback fall on deaf ears. We do our part of the process. We play the game and we tell the developers what should change. It’s their job to listen and implement solutions.
I think we’ve reached the point where it seems the only option is to boycott via not spending money. It feels to me like its the last resort, and thats where I’m at.
You should keep playing the game and giving feedback because thats our job as players. But, at least in my opinion, its time to show Darkflow that enough is enough and we can only do that by not spending money. It’s the only language the executives at the top speak.
imo you should stop requesting for a boycot , coz against rules, game rules. just so you dont end like others banned for “less”
if its right or wrong i m no one to answer that.
i just dont want a HNG 2.0 with no devs working on the game and giving content. even, if its content i personaly dont enjoy or like, others may. and i have to respect that.
always , thinking that game is still free to play, and shit costs money to run.
For some reasons I am going to continue playing this game, too.
it’s still a good game, at least in its core and attempt
Darkflow made it to publish a game that is basically worthy to play, which is (i ensure from personal experience) a remarkable effort. 1 of 1000 game concepts will make it to an investment, just a few will make it to survive on this harsh market these days.
time will tell if collapsing income will change their mind and start listen to community’s demands and suggestion ( which are quite some good ones from what I’ve been able to monitor)
this is by far not the only game that comes with the idea of squad-play. Some exist even for years. In other words, there is rivalry on the market.
some massive improvements could be made with very little effort (such as improving communication and tactical/strategic game play)
Personally, I don’t feel like a sheep doing this.
It’s more or less a remaining job habit, observing how the industry develops and how things do work and how not.
And I am laid back with this, because there’s so much more to study out there in this game’s world.
Enlisted? That shit ain’t serious enough in my life to waste energy on anger about a game that’s basically just one in a million.
Hold fast - because it’s a stormy ride.
Let go - when hope is lost.
Revolution Comrades?
I think we’re going to have a comrade revolution at Gaijin and Darkflow lol, today or yesterday (For those in a different time zone) the sense of complaints and boycotts is strong.
