We can see now il-8 had joined to the enlisted with more powerful bombs and it is better operability than il-10.So it seems that il-10 keeping stay in br5 is not a good choice.

Right.
The problem with the IL series is that the plane performance is too poor.
Honestly, the USSR doesn’t have a good performance attacker, so it’s better to get a Landless from the US and add it to BR5.

Only the USSR doesn’t have a good attacker to use in BR5. (P-47D-28 , Fw 190 D-12, Ki-83)

TU-2s seems ok,at least it has 6 250kg bombs

What I see as important is not the armament, but the performance of the plane itself.
In BR5, the Attacker also needs enough performance to fight air-to-air battles.
That’s why I use the Fw 190 D-12.

IDK man, It’s basically just a Ju-188 buffed in pretty much every way, especially air to air combat, I’ve gotten plenty of air to air kills using the Tu-2 with those dual 20mms.

The biggest problem is
The problem is that the speed is slow.
I don’t know if it’s before the jet comes out, but can’t chase the jet after it comes out.
P-47D-28, Fw 190D-12, Ki-83 are possible due to their fast speed.

It should be br 3. The flight performance is not great and 2 250kgs are pretty standard loadout for br 3. It is kinda like soviet bf 110 f2

The TU-2S is a monster, idk what you’re talking about. The main issue is that the Soviets don’t get any planes really worth using at BR3 or BR4.

IL -10 It should also gets its rockets and be moved to BR IV and Beaufighter Mk X should gets its bombs.

Dont bother with him he is one dimensional he sees planes as plane vs plane not from a combine warfare perspective. Spitfire Mk Vc/trop has insane characteristics however if the enemy has no planes this plane is not very useful to your team.

USSR has too many BR III ground attackers better give IL-10 rockets and moved to BR IV. With rockets and bombs will be good BR IV plane.

No.
It’s just focused on ground attacks, not that excels in air-air.
To do that, you have to be able to have a speed of more than 700 km/h.
The Tu-2S can only have a maximum of 565 km/h.
As such, there is a disadvantage to chasing.
It may be enough in the days of being Prop, but it’s far short of speed at this point in the pursuit of jets.
I’m riding Fw 190 not the Ju 188 because of this.
BR5’s plane must be able to fight to jets.

The P-47D-28 is the best attack aircraft in the loadout, but the plane’s performance is also at the top of the list.

You’re completely wrong.
The good performance of the plane means that the gap between attack and resupply becomes that narrow.
The good performance of the plane means not only air-to-air, but also air-to-ground.
If you can resupply it quickly, that means you can project that much more firepower to the ground faster.

Maybe for you, I’ve shot down some plenty of 262s, BF-109s, FW-190s, etc etc

Plus saying that the FW-190 D12 is somehow better at fighting planes while being as good a ground attacker as the TU-2S is delusional

It’s not delusional.
To be sure, Fw 190 is better for air to air than Tu-2s.
You are definitely wrong about that.

Even that’s debatable though, the TU-2S can turn much better. And in Enlisted air combat turning is the most important factor.

Turn time?
It’s natural that the turn is good because it’s slow.
Originally, it is difficult to turn faster in a fast state. (Of course, there are monsters like the Meteor)
And in this game with a lead aim, it’s hard to be an advantage because the first one to attack has a 90% chance of shooting down the opponent.
I don’t know if it’s Warthunder’s Realistic, but the lead aim makes it too easy to shoot down head-on opponent.

It’s just a battle of who identified first.

After all, the point is that fast flights have become even more important since Jet was added.
Because Jet changed Meta.
It was quite an element to see even before Jet was added, but it became even more important.

Well yeah no duhhh whoever lands the first hit wins, it’s the same with tanks, but in the case of a dogfight turn rate wins out above all else. Also how can you call the TU-2S bad at shooting down planes when it’s damn near impossible to shake one off if it gets on your tail cause of it’s low speed and good maneuverability.

You yourself acknowledge that being the first to shoot means you win a vast majority of the time, so the more important factor for shooting down planes would be how well you can stay in a position where the enemy plane isn’t safe. In that case the FW-190 loses out the TU-2S

Yes, that’s right.
That’s why I always have an advantage position. (This position means the opponent can’t see me easily.)
If you have a speed advantage, it’s very good to get this advantageous position quickly. (This is because it brings more than 70~80% pre-emptive attacks.)
Also, if caught behind, if the difference in speed is not very different, even if turn quickly, it will die anyway if the distance is not very far away.
Because of the lead aim anyway.
Unless the enemy is a really bad pilot or something goes wrong with that pilot (for example, the help of an ally)
But if Tu-2s got behind Me 262, Me 262 just goes down fast and straight at full speed and off the screen.
The speed of the Tu-2s can’t keep up with it.
And if the distance is far enough, can turn around and counterattack.

I take advantage of the difference in speed when I board a jet, and if it’s a plane with a pretty big difference, I take advantage of this and destroy it.
There is also this method, but there are other methods.
There is also a way to go up vertically and go up to 1,500 to 2,000 meters above the ground.
The prob cannot keep up with this.
So, when it falls out in the middle, it turns and counterattacks.
Of course, this method is a little risky, but it works.

As such, there are other options that can be done if the speed is very fast.
