I’m tired of using the MC.202 with the fighter squadrons in the Normandy campaign. I’m tired of using the SMLE Mk III* with grenade throwers with the American rifle squad. I cried after the Berlin match. I want to play as the Italians and the British. I regret not being able to level up in the Tunisian campaign. Will I never get a legacy squad again?

The fact that we can’t have a British 9-man infantry squad wearing standard issue Brodie helmets in this WW2 game is crazy.

I also didn’t grind Tunisia far enough to be allowed to have Italian assaulters with Berettas in tropical helmets

2nd this, we need a seperate commonwealth faction and for the italians as well. i get this game needs to have some slightly looser rules around historical accuracy, such as having crusaders in normandy, but when youve got a squad of Americans using almost entirely british weapons at BR 2 its hard to get immersed, ironically enough with the lend lease the other way around wouldnt be as much a problem.

We ALL want them…as they are already coded in the game, there is no point in them not being added. It would help expand TTs and subfactions but also give newer players the same advantages as older ones withe the amounts of squads players have. It’s not a newer players fault that they missed out on the campaign system. As a vet who has finished all TTs, it would be nice to have something to grind for…especially times like now when there are no events and waiting on a new BP.

This excactly! The tech tree is full of cool and interesting italian smgs yet i can only pick handful of them because no italian assaulters. I also dislike having to use german crews on my semovente, g55 and c202ec

Im lucky to have prem tier 3 german tank very few have. Its my number in killer in the game.lease tbey could make new squads. Right now thou, theres questions on the future of this game from lack of effort on their end.

I envy the fact that there are mortar squads other than the British Army. There were many mortar squads, but most of them have disappeared.

Pre merge has them. Personaly, should be for everyone. They really messed up.

The “mess up” was not the merge. This game would have died long ago without that.

Merge caused a lot of players to leave. Also hurt their pockets when people stoped buying low tier prems. Merge was freaking stupid. One of the dumbest game makers choices ever made by any game company

I will say dev initial choice of campaign system that split the game into several isolated parts is a bad choice.
While my dissatisfaction with how the merge was done is well known, I still think some kind of a merge was needed, separated campaigns idea was dead on arrival, even BF can’t afford that.
And as far as low tier premium squads go, the merge actually gave them a reason to be purchased.
My Pz 38t and BA-11 were hopelessly useless and suffering when Moscow became all about T-34 and Pz IV F2.
But after the merge they got their place and now they are useful again.
None of that was true. They had difdsrent vehicles on difgerent maps. I can tell you not pre merge. Most of the dessert only what is now/went to teir 3. I srand by what I said, freaking dumb. Why half my freinds list never even came back. Tbey lost over 60000 consol players just 1st month alone. Some liek me came back but most did not. Even more left the 1st year after the merge. Why do you think the clunck tier 1to 3 together in sale now? Because no one buys low tier stuff now. They lost money, players and dignity. Only a few left that thinks merge was a great ideal.
