So why would the manuel lie to soilders, if the manual says that the rpm is 500 and it’s not then that why only work to confuse any potential soilders.
It around specially for LMGs and if you dont like the recoil on adjustable gas port you will have to adjust it yourself by twisting the Gasport regulator on desirable setting. On non adjustable gasport well you need to go to the workshop sometimes they may even need to make bigger the gasport hole. But thats for Johnson m1944e1 for that standard one you must research more how they did it since I cant help you with that. Johnson m1944e1 has 2 gas ports I can show you even pictures where the gasports are for the standard one its not gas operated so I have no idea how its adjusted it requires different tools.
TBH the Johnson is a joke at BR4 but I don’t think they could justify lowering its BR without nerfing it in some way.
It is not. Literally the most accurate MG for active playstyle of all US/UK MGs.
Not to mention it shouldn’t have any movement penalty with its 5.9 weight. Yet again, lightest US/UK MG.
You just need to know how to play it properly.
There’s literally no need to nerf and put the only TT BR4 MG faction has to BR2.
Especially since the faction already have like 3 tech tree MGs on BR2. Plus BR2 is already the most overbloated BR.(3 more BR2 MGs as event/premium).

Johnson is everything but BR2 material. If anything, they could make it into BR5 SF rifle. But that would be waste as well.
The US has no br2 lmgs, the UK has 3. The current m1941 is a fictional version of the real gun. The m1944e1 could be added to do the same job.
I was under the impression you wanted to play a ww2 game not a game with the set dressing on of a ww2 but with fictional weapons. Not correcting mistakes once they are discovered is a slippery slope that before you know it we’ll be seeing German assault rifles that can fit 5 extra rounds, US mgs that have 100 rounds extra in their mag and Americans wearing gas masks running around with German AT guns. (I’d hate if Enlisted turned into something akin to COD or battlefield’s version of ww2)
