I tried flanking but so far I can pen it reliably only if I get directly behind it. Any tips?
Also for some reason I couldn’t pen slightly angled 40mm plate on the side (behind the wheels) but I could pen the 40mm plate on the back. Do I have to hit it near 90 dergrees to pen or what?

Pz3B are good against infantry, but suffer even from t-60. (or you him, or he you)
as a starter, i suggest you to save one gold order of vehicles and get the panzer III J
even if you don’t have it unlock, you can use it with the starter tank squad:
it has good HE, god tier reload ( with the new perk )
and you can destroy pretty much any tank if you shoot them at the turret.
( remember, left side. that’s where they keep their gunner )
( good luck with the rng of penning non penning due to ““lovely”” damage models though… )

or any campaigns that gives you good stuff that can be used until the end in the first level 10s.
