The new training stuff, double bronze order gains and the qol changes (especially the stuff with being able to equipment swap between trooper 1/2 and soldiers of different nationalities - thank you!!!) is all fucking brilliant. However, we were promised increased silver order gains. Without the bronze troop orders, we now have not many ways to get new troops (as silver order gains are anemic as fuck, especially for f2ps). Please, we need more silver orders, if that’s going to be the only to get new troops.

they will probably insert a new way to obtain silver order when they modify the weapon upgrade, in a month or so to this rhythm
They did this before in CBT and it caused major issues. People who havent saved alot of silvers or F2P people will quickly run out trying to equip full squads. Dont expect alot of people to play different faction if they cant even get soldiers in their squads
I hate sounding like I’m ragging on them because there’s really good aspects to this update, but this is also really simple shit and if its happened before how did they not learn from that

People begged last days for updates, and the result is not even half-baked, it’s just frozen out of the fridge.
Removal of two big features (academy and bronze recruits), inclusion of a mediocrely thought out soldier upgrade

Good to know I have a strong stockpile of soldiers avaiable in all the campaigns I play. Was the right decision to get Alot of soldiers just as backup.

I should have burnt my 100 orders, damn it.
I dont think i have reserves in Tunisia at all, I barely have some low level ones in Normandy, and Moscow I have a lot, mostly junk

As of now you get less Silver Orders. I reached the end of the list of 64 battle tasks and what changed from the previous battle pass is instead of just cycling between Silver Orders for weapons and troops you recieve 2 boosters intstead of 2 battle tasks for silver orders (edit.). And the boosters are great when you are grinding but the net effect is you get half of the silver orders you used to.
Also how do you level up (i mean increasing their maximum level) soldiers now, becasue I’m searching where can it be done, and I can’t find it. Or is it something they will add later?

Same I have a decent stockpile of recruits soldiers in each campaign as well and most of my Rank Vs don’t need re rolls.
However. I was under the impression that we could dismiss the soldiers we didn’t need for bronze tickets. I tested this with soldiers at various ranks and got nothing.
This was even stated by them on Sept 2nd

You get half. I might not have worded my previous post very clearly.
You get 1x Booster, 2x Silver Order (weapons), 1x Booster and 1x Silver Order (troops)

Oh crap you’re right. 
They used to give like 4x weapon silvers and 2x soldiers per cycle last time. That’s gonna be rough for newer players or if you’re replacing higher tier units.
