It’s just an idea no one said it was gonna be implemented
I usually modify squads or perks during waiting time. Ads would be disturbing for me. But I get your point. Nonetheless it won’t happen I guess.

This is how popup ads started, lets refrain from adding them to the game
DEFINITELT NOT ADS.
Tutorials or tips perhaps, but definitely NOT ads.

Why not just use your phone to watch something in the meantime?
I don’t recommend advertisements while waiting for a match to appear. It’s bad for your health.
If you’re asking why it’s something free to play players can do to help the game somewhat unless you have a better idea or anyone could think of any other type of suggestion to help gain some passive income for enlisted
And to everyone else who reads this it’s just a suggestion no one said it’s been set in stone
well one thing they are hurting themselves with the new changes, as it makes it less likely that people will want to spend money on the game, because why bother, there is not advantage to playing high br anymore, so there is less incentive to invest into the game, both in time and money
so all this tells me they don’t care about getting paid
so why should I care?

Make it a reward from high ranking. This also helps to keep players from just backing out of games. Like in our other discussion @114838060

The best way for them to generate “more income” is to make the game attract more players. More players will come to the game if it is actually made to be more balanced and competitive, more players staying in lobbies, and actually working toward WINNING.
You know what people hate dealing with? ADS. Adding ads to the game would actually likely DECREASE their popularity and in turn their profits, in addition to being annoying to players.
You want something to do while you wait for a game? Perhaps they can add in at the very least scrolling tips and tricks, or add in a “clips of the week” reel, or something like that focusing on the game, instead of pushing people away from it.

Also god forbit, unless you bet your house on DF share, stop caring about the devs making money or not, cuz that never, and proved by time, never help them improve the game, these devs are not even capable of fixing the game without causing more bugs and destroying the balance, hell and you want to watch some moronic ads in a wait time like some stupid 4ss mobile game, please go out and walk in a park or something more healthy to do

I’m not even sure if they could even balance some things or fix half the problems in the game AI’s are getting worse with every update passing and the balance just keeps getting further and further away we can’t even stack sandbags anymore so that’s why I think of such an idea to do something productive
