Good time to finally nerf Japanese singhuto

A major update is approaching — time for another reminder.

— The Japanese shingunto is an unfair advantage that breaks close-quarters balance (bayonets and knives of other factions simply don’t have time to land a second hit, as the Japanese soldier has already killed his target and moved on to the next).
— It’s a hidden speed boost that effectively gives Japanese soldiers a 150% move speed (all other nations have a standard speed in silver melee weapons).
— This weapon is exclusive to Japan (if we don’t count the bayonet, which everyone has but works differently).
— On top of that, the shingunto is a regular weapon that can be purchased for silver earned in battles, while a weapon with a similar 150% speed booster isn’t even available for purchase by other factions.
— It has no drawbacks (available from low levels, doesn’t require a separate perk slot, works instantly).
— It provides a tempo advantage in close-quarters combat that cannot be compensated by the skill of a player using a rifle from another region — the opponent will simply die faster due to the animation.

The shingunto has been breaking the balance for years now — it’s time for the developers to do something about it.
Nerf it, remove it, rework it — doesn’t matter what happens, but at least finally do SOMETHING about it.
