I was against people who thought they should be guaranteed to get a squad just by spending 50k silvers from boxes.
I was never against the concept of boxes. I was against the entitlement mentality of some people who thought it should be easier to get items from boxes than by actually participating in events.

People have suggested many great ideas on how to implement this type of system for customization and yet you chose gambling.

So no, within this context, this box doesn’t change a thing. You’ve always been able to buy event stuff with gold.
As I have already said many times. You should either pay with your money or your time. That’s literally how majority of f2p games works.
