Commanders, with the “Operation Neptune” update we are also introducing a new type of chest that you can purchase for Gold and a way to customize your squads with premium and event cosmetics!
The Golden Chest will work similarly to the Silver Chest, but there will be a few key differences between them. The most important one is that you will have a much higher chance of getting a squad from them, but that’s not all, because in addition to event squads, you will also be able to get premium squads that were removed from the stores and the in-game shop. Weapons and vehicles from previous events and Battle Passes will also drop more frequently from these chests, along with the unique uniform pieces of premium and event squads.
When a customization piece drops from the chest, it will also become purchasable for Gold. So instead of relying on luck to get multiple copies, you will be able to buy them directly. The list of available customization items will be expanded in the future.
Are you looking forward to adding new squads to your armies once the update is live or do you plan to make your existing squads even more personalized?

Do I understand correctly that if I get some kind of customization element, will I be able to dress all the other fighters for green customization requests?
standard equipment such as the navy hat, and german headgears are for gold?

we literally asked to separate cosmetic boxes, decals call signs, and appearance order behind a dedicated cosmetic crate box from the gameplay stuff,
and yall go and make the exact opposite.
… so now even those who bought for example, premium squads, have to pay even more to even being able to use said original cosmetics onto other squads that are not the premium version.

Or rather, it’s designed to rip off wealthy people. I don’t think any rational person would pour so much sunk cost into this game—it’s just way too expensive.
Why would I spend this money on you when I could just top up mobile games instead? The character models there are way better than these shapeless rags you’ve got.
