The Mannlicher M1895 could fit bayonets in real life, despite it not having one in game, and I think it should be given it’s bayonet. The correct bayonet, the M1895 bayonet, can be added to this gun to fit the gun. Letting the M1895 take the bayonet would be very easy as the model is already made, and would be a nice but small buff to the gun.
Should the Mannlicher 1895 get it’s bayonet?

The M93 and Mannlicher M1895 use different bayonet models

Oh, I had looked at them and they seemed the same, thanks. I’ll edit that out. Why vote no though?
Also bring back the m93 to tech tree

I dont think they will ever do that since it is a legacy gun. They should make a stalingrad event where you can earn stalingrad legacy guns or old gold orders if you already have the legacy guns

That exact reason about bayonets

eh legacy guns being legacy is kinda dumb.
But yes, a legacy even would be great, especially one where we could get those blue tokens to pick our own ones.
The blue tokens should make a comeback. Being able to choose your reward was really useful feature

Agreed. I wish we could have specifically Austrian units.
An M1895 sniper would be awesome.
@GasMasters-live Thank you for your post, I agree!
Side note are those soldiers prewar Austrian or an Austrian Wehrmacht unit or regular Wehrmacht?

I don’t know unfortunately, since I just took the image off the web mainly looking for the M1895 with a bayonet equipped.

It even has a version with a scope.

The Mannlicher M1895 had scoped versions in real life with units made from a mix of M1895 rifles and carbines during WW1 in decent numbers, and it could serve as a fun new sniper rifle for BR2. Either the full length or carbine version (which is the one we have in game) could be added, and I think this could be cool to see. I recommend watching the attached video for more in depth information about the gun if you want to know more in depth information.

yeah, and for some reason they never really utilized them after like last year in summer, though I thought everybody really liked the event with them
Looks like a perfect suggestion
Everyone agrees with it
