Now, I don’t know bout the rest of you, but I feel it’s slightly disingenuous to put this here without the paragraph immediately following it. Taking something out of context and hyper fixating on that instead of the thing as a whole. That’s what the US “news” media does. Take things out of context, hyper fixates on it, and creates outrage and fearmongers the crap out of it

Using the subject to change excuse is the oldest trick in the book and an excuse to walk all over their consumers. It’s just pure laziness on their part and their community response to the issue has been unapologetic and downright disrespectful.

Dude. I have my own beefs with the devs. I voice this problem every chance I get. If you’re too blind or dumb to see that, it’s not my problem. All you people ever do is whine and complain. EVEN WHEN THEY LITERALLY GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR
They were working on the Merge. Everyone wanted it NOW. So they released it. Oh no! It was unfinished! Who could have guessed!
They promised Stalingrad Engies. Here they are! Oh no! You either have to complete the event OR wait for it to end because of their limitations be it knowledge, resources, or coding limitations forcing this to be the only option they could give us. How terrible. My thoughts and prayers to you and your loved ones

As well as the mess with access packs.
The devs are 100% clean and blameless.

I’m literally pro merge. I rarely complain unless it’s completely outrageous. And in this case it is. We aren’t getting what was promised to us. We were promised that we would get them at the start of the event (literally not that hard to do) now we have to wait a week after the event to get them for free as if we weren’t grinding for the other rewards anyway. Pretty pointless and just pure laziness.
If you have beef with the devs, why defend them when they are clearly in the wrong?
You rushed the devs and forced their hand into releasing it prematurely

And the so called limitations they gave us were literally because they didn’t want us to have double ups of squads. BS lazy excuse because the community on this forum listed many ways around that.
I’m sure the players rushed the devs. Truly.
The opinions of everyone who participated in the 4 separate testing periods for the merge- I’m sure we can conveniently pretend those weren’t there.

The subject to change was about the testing for the merge, the Stalingrad part wasn’t even the main focus of that dev blog. Guarantee that they just pooled it in the same category after the uproar about this event.

“You” in general. The community. I was only on the subreddit at the time and every other post was either “release Merge already” or “what is Merge?”
Are you that arrogant or just thick in the head. The point isn’t that we are getting them. Everyone is getting them. The point is we were told we were getting them earlier than everyone and now we aren’t because of some lazy Bs excuse.
