“Not good enough” My man, They had to make many changes, Some times what they want they can’t do, It’s not like they said “Sorry Stalingrad owners, We can’t give you assault engineers at all.” They will still give us them, But we also have the chance to grind for them + those Gold orders.

I suggest you read what they said in the post. It was a bunch of BS excuses and a dumb reason. Not even apologetic, they basically threw the subject to change excuse in our faces and said we told you so and completely skipped past people addressing the issue.
We have every right to be annoyed. You can’t sit here and expect people to put up with that.
I mean I even own Stalingrad’s pack myself, I am not happy about it but at the same time it’s still not like they threw it out the window and said they couldn’t do it, Mind you it’s scummy that they’re doing it this way without warning past the last minute one in the post it’s self.
They should have warned us before hand.
But I am also glad they at least remembered their promise and are still doing it even if it’s backhanded and in the worst way possible.

As I said above, it’s not the fact that we are getting them. It’s the fact that we still have to grind everything else too. Seems pointless to say we get them for free afterwards, when they know we will get them anyway because we are grinding.
You are asking for the whole event to be given to you? That’s not what at all was promised, You are getting the chicken but not the whole farm, They never promised that you wouldn’t need to do the event, They promised we would get the engineers.

No, that’s not what I’m asking. I’m saying that it’s pointless to say we are getting them for free after the event finishes. Because we will already be grinding the event for the other rewards, thus earning the squads in the process.
I want them to give us what they originally promised. Which was Stalingrad pack owners get the squads instantly.
As they said things can change and such, It’s a shame and it’s stupid that they warned us last minute.
In terms of it, They would probably have bugs and issues such as, You got the squad already, How do you ensure they don’t get a bugged 2nd squad meaning Stalingrad users would have double assault engineers vs a single squad of engineers.
It’s probably why we haven’t been given them at first, As my guess, Due to the fact it would be easier to program something to check on stalingrad ownership, Then check if they have engineers or not and give them.

There were many suggestions around this (double ups) in the original forum post. It comes down to simple laziness. They had plenty of time to work the kinks/bugs out before the event, because the squads were leaked weeks ago. Should just delay the event anyway because steam users are getting shafted even more.
