Because it was a silenced tech tree weapon, that was at the same br as comparable non silenced weapons which made it perfectly ‘fair’ and ‘balanced’ because silenced weapons are not more effective against bots.

I have this weird feeling that the developers mixed up the weapon files and threw a Chinese weapon into the Soviet TT, and a Soviet super-rare prototype into the Chinese premium.

From the current perspective, if the silenced PPSh can be included in the tech tree by then, the AVT-40-20 will be the major tech update at the end of this year. On one hand, I am concerned about this, and on the other, I am even more worried about the Ferdinand, as everyone knows its frontal armor is 200mm thick.
