Give a Solothurn it's scope and make the prone only mechanic apply to scoped AT rifles

Currently the Solothurn doesn’t have it’s unique scope that it can be seen with in many pictures:

My solution to this

•Don’t make a separate version of the gun with a scope instead give the current version it’s scope, therefore the prone mechanic would make more sense because it’s not about the weight anymore it’s because of the soilder not being able to use the scope properly when stood up.

•make the new PTRS-41 scoped also be required to go prone to ads

The benefits of this solution:

•it opens up the opportunity for a tech tree Solothurn without a scope therefore Germany won’t have a tech tree scoped AT gun

•it balances the scoped AT guns great performance

There’s zero need for something like that.

I don’t see how.

I like the idea of giving the Solothurn a scope, I don’t like the idea of giving the scoped PTRS the prone crippling

Germany’s 2 current AT rifles are single shot guns that are both terrible. Not to mention they’re the ONLY br1 option for German AT.

Scoped AT weapons can 1 shot at any distance, have really fast muzzle velocity so leading shots is easy, also they have low shot deviation making them very accurate, not to mention the 2 at rifles which could have a scope (PTRS-41 and Solothurn) are semi auto allowing players to stay scoped in and fire faster.

It would be more annoying but it would mean that standard snipers would be more versatile than scoped AT rifles and it’d stop noobs from setting up anywhere as now they’d need to position the AT gun wisely.

Snipers are trash either way

It may be possible possible

PTRS only weight half compare to S-18/100

Why? BR1 AT is generally quite weak

wz.35 AT rifle

It’s a event squad not tech tree item.

It might be possible to hold it there for a short while but it’d be harder to line up a scope.
