You can equip any AT weapon on those soldiers, but Im biased because what you are asking is unrealistic?, because you need to face that the devs will NOT swap it out even if we all demand it.
We dont even have precedent for premiums like this getting the best gear available, just buy a premium APC squad and you will see that they get a mix of things from different BRs.

Just make a preset? Or deal with it like literally everyone else.
So you complain that you have to equip that one AT gunner with new AT once?
So how is that a recuring issue? Once you gave it the BR 3 AT you never have to do anything about that unless you remove that yourself.
Is that at most 10 seconds really to much for you?

It’s literally just switching the AT weapon, like with every other squad in the game. Apply your Preset (your fault if you refuse to use them) and done.
