I have no idea what those numbers are supposed to mean, but that being said, giving BR3 SVT a clip reload and making G41 not being a two shot down vs body armor sounds more reasonable than magic reload speeds - however, since alot of guns have very weirdly super human reloads ( just look at G43) this wouldn’t be unfitting for the game.
That being said, a rifle that does not down in one shot has no value in my mind - no matter how much you buff it.
