Have I ever said it was fake, no
It was ww2 a gun with 9000 guns between 3 models is no more tech tree than the t20
It was a paratrooper weapon, elite soldiers, I know I won’t lose either
I win if you change you win if I change my mind no one wins if we keep in our own camps
Tech tree should represent common weapons to there faction
Weapons almost any soldier would be familiar with an inverse of the looter power score
Whites tech tree
Green event battle pass
Blues premium
Calling the T20 entierly fake is wrong it did exist.
But well, the base T20 TT version never left the proving grounds so yea it still is kinda silly that it would be on the front line when the only version on troop trials where exclusively T 20E1 which are GO only.
The Gaz–MM (the AA variant) uses the 72–K gun which has better HE than the AA gun on the Wirbelwind or Flakpanzer I. It has 4.67 damage and 0.03 meter smaller blast radius per round and while that sounds like a minimal difference it becomes larger with the number of rounds fired. The 72–K round also has 48 more fragments, 84 compared to 36, travelling 0.08 meters farther and doing 0.11 damage more than the ones used by the Wirbelwind. Not a large difference individually but having more than twice as many fragments makes them far more deadly than a Wirbelwind’s rounds.
I know that
But I would not say that even now the anti-aircraft guns are individually weak, as the person above stated, they occupy their place.
Even when playing on flakpanzer, I always noticed good antipersonnel damage, but not enough against tanks.
Anti-aircraft guns are underestimated, in the anti-personnel version.
Wirbelwind has 4 weaker, but fast-firing autocannons, and I really feel sorry for the infantry, they will be killed in packs, especially if he stands on 3 br, where there are fairly open Moscow maps, or Tunis…
But I don’t mind adding,As an 80% tech player, I’m happy about that)
This has never been an argument to begin with.
No one is claiming FG42 is a fake gun and T20 was used actively.
Everyone agrees that IS2 has a bad reload time. Superpershing still seems very fair against Tiger II H.
Why shouldn’t Soviets get another 100mm tank?
I dont think this would be more potent than a HE lobbing tank with multiple MGs.
Such AA tank will trade its ability of fighting tanks with fighting planes. Anti infantry power should exist, otherwise it would be worse than a AA gun.
Then there’s no problem with adding an E-75 so that Germany has in its TT a vehicle that didn’t see combat in WW2 like the other factions. If you give the Prototype to Faction X, then you must also give it to Faction A to be fair.
That was the initial argument: if it was used in combat, in large numbers, with significant impact, etc., then that was the argument for a weapon to be included in the campaign system. But things have changed for the worse Simply to reward a player base that can’t find a way to counter the problem with another weapon from their vast arsenal
Krieg keeps comparing them and saying they are “the same” when one was used and the other wasn’t.But he insists that the FG42 be eliminated because it doesn’t fit his “narrative” of the American patriot who has to defeat the Nazis without opposition and in the end be the heroes of the world. He has been asked several times why they are not the same, why one is false and the other is not, why it is in the trending topics fairly, his reasons why even if this were historical he would see it in Large quantities Because of its introduction due to the game’s requirements at the time and its historical significance, where it has lost time and time again. But it continues to deny that reality.
I don’t hate the Allied/Soviet factions, but rather the community of incompetent players that mostly make them up, and then they come to vent their frustration in a German post requesting A new weapon like the Wirbelwind to combat the CAS The Germans have received nothing to fight it, unlike the Allies and Soviets, especially the former.
If the Soviets have a 100mm tank that saw combat in WWII, I’m in favor of its introduction. But if it’s something that didn’t see combat, like the T-44 100mm, then I’m opposed. Or are you going to accept that Germany receives an air superiority fighter with missiles, bombs, faster and more maneuverable than the Meteor?Obviously not.But if it’s about the Allies, there’s no problem. They simply seek balance for all factions, but it’s difficult to achieve because it doesn’t exist. And if prototypes are included, then the other factions should also be provided with them because it’s not fair that factions B, C, and D receive something and faction A doesn’t.
Everyone has their own opinion on this matter.
I have expressed my opinion
It’s going to be a meat grinder.
This has never been the goal though, you really think they got added specifically because they didn’t see combat?
Maybe, just maybe Tiger II H was unfair and needed a fair rival.
Listen, I saw this comming probably 3 years ago, when I specifically told everyone that Tiger II P is the perfect max tier German vehicle because even 76mm Shermans and T34 85 can take it out, while adding Tiger II H would be a terrible mistake.
I was right. Now we have “almost fake” super Pershing and the only thing that would be fair for Soviets is a post war tank. IS2 is not competitive.
Yes IS2 has armor, it has pen, it has massive post pen dmg, it has nice mobility, it has MGs - but Enlisted and Warthunders biggest issue is rounds not registering, bouncing for no reason, or weird armor values that make penetration sometimes very RNG like. A long reload time simply cripples IS2.
plenty actually.
Just more effective to use cas, which GE doesnt have.
It was to provide artificial balance
He already has them and both tanks (IS-2 1944 and Super Pershing) also saw combat
Both tanks are the preferred counterparts of the Tiger 2H and both saw combat
So talk to them so that this penetration problem can be solved when it should be done, given that the penetration is over 200mm.
