First BAR in the tech tree => BR2

I just want to be able to make BR2 USA MG squad with their own arsenal that’s not Bren or Vickers like what devs down-tiered one of the Thompson to BR2. There’re too many BARs sitting at the BR3 anyway, I don’t think people will mind if one get stats adjustment to fit BR2 balance.

There is already an existing suggestion for it: Nerf Browning M1918 and drop it into BR II
So closing this one as a duplicate, but thanks
