Bro got balls of steel for posting this. However though, Major is only the messenger, not the one who causes problems.
I won’t go as far as defend Major but stuff like that is unproportionally more hurtful than funny.
To a degree, and like I said, he’s just the messenger, not an entirely good one, but not the one who caused problems for us players.
Unpopular opinion: he does a good job too. I miss James but having a native English speaker has it’s perks and what he can share with us is not up to him.
Me too, I honestly felt like they actually talked to us more instead of Major.
I know this is going to sound “on the fence” or vague, but there is often a limit to what we can say. Unless we have it directly all confirmed and borderline ready to go entirely, we can rarely comment on what exactly is coming. So when players ask “hey, when X” - it’s often hard to give an answer whether or not it’s coming. It’s also true that developers are flexible, so if I was to say something is not coming, it could change quickly and may indeed be being prepared. The best we can usually give is “thanks, it’s forwarded” - which we could do to many posts, but not everything can be forwarded for various valid reasons or even forwarding something is not met with success, so marking something as such and then not for other comments is understandably frustrating for some. Then there’s also the occurrence where we say something is forwarded, but its effect is not really felt for a while. This is pretty common. There are plans in advance for what to prepare for different major updates/events/etc, and tasks allocated to developers based on this. Usually these feedback points manifest themselves in something to be done for a future update (but it depends what it is) and not right now, so it’s also understandable, but also the only thing we can normally reveal is the same “it’s already been forwarded”, which I (at least personally) think it loses its charm or believability (even if true) over time. But of course I think everyone understands “X nation suffers, Y nation too OP” is not going to be forwarded, at least not without a detailed reasoning behind it (but it’s usually best to avoid this anyway, and just explain what a player’s gripe is with something without going for the cliche).
Anyway that is a lot of yap - it’s just worth reminding. All pings we get I look at anyway (alongside general forum posts). I’m always here to talk (and many players do DM me on various platforms) and respond where possible and where is logical to, but there’s a lot of work to do too preparing future things (even though it would be fun to spend my entire working day just talking about Enlisted to players). ![]()
sorry bro mb, I should have thought before posting
@FG_42_II I would like to remind me to follow the guideline of the forum.
2 .10 .1 . These Guidelines apply to any words, pictures, images, data, videos, information, or any other media that you upload, post, or share while communicating with other Users on Gaijin’s Website(s) (“Conversational Media ”).
3 .1 .6 Political or religious agitation and propaganda, including the promotion of conflicts; discussions of current political or religious issues are also prohibited due to their provocative nature
Word of advice to cover and shift blam from you, say IDK, I dont know, or hey great question let me ask the. Say, I was wonder the same they havent got back to me. Never leave a question unanswered or ignored. That way people say Hey Major really engages with us and loves this game like us instead of hey where is major?
Ah, the famous Type 97 Chi-Ha tank.
Probably Japan’s most iconic WW2 armored fighting vehicle with over 1100 made.
No wonder it appears on the Guadalcanal event art!
Just like the T-34, Sherman or Pz III/IV, no one in their right mind would lock it behind a paywall in a WW2 game, right?

Right?
Japan has to pay for everything. You want that standard tan army uniform? Sorry! We locked it for couple premium tank squads. Want to have chi ha or chi ha kai? Either buy our squad or waste millions in silver box for a slight chance of getting one.
Look, I don’t understand programming or game development, but look around the forums. People are upset with how things are currently going, and also a lot of things aren’t properly addressed, like the removal of bodyarmor for the Soviets for example, almost everyone wants it gone permanently or from the standard infantry unit and letting it stay for the assault engineers. Ir the fact that the soviets are the only faction with paratroopers thar can change thier weapons. The fact that “collectable” squads can’t change thier weapons. The Scotti Naval Rifle not have it’s proper 25 mag size. The Lewis gun for the allies being an event weapon instead of being TT. One of the most iconic Japanese tank being lock behind a paywall. And so much more.
Look, I know you’re not responsible for any of the things I listed, but we want answers and changes. One way or another.
When next SITREP? Many people are curious to know what is happening behind the scenes and what to excpect from the future updates
Paratroopers with something better than bolt actions? Pay up.
More than one BR3 fighter plane? Pay up for Zero or pray to get it in loot boxes ![]()
Like the last one did anything useful…
yup they said they’s 3x capture scores and 2x objective kills…
Thank you for the event, the rewards are really great! We’d also love to see swords (German, Soviet, USA). The Owen is a really nice weapon, I’ll happily use it! Please give us more events like this!

Anyone know where it can be placed in proper WW2 style on an LVT, for instance?
So far I’ve found this single (modern) image:
It’s really high time we had campaign-specific cosmetics, I want my cool USMC vehicles with yellow markings in the Pacific (but nowhere else) ![]()

Another wasted opportunity by the devs to add a cool historical USMC vehicle skin for the Pacific customization pool?
