Add a extendo m3 grease gun with field modification of taped mags akin to m1a1 Thompson para, this would either be event para squad or premium para squad at br 3, it would be a m3 with taped mags and increased stability due to the stock activated. The squad could be based off of the 82nd airborne division, they fought in Tunisia as apart of operation torch, Normandy, and the adrennes. Would be a reinforcements relieved event or later down the line as apart of the battle of the bulge anniversary event if event, if not event and premium would release with next major update.
Why give the M3 Grease Gun to an event squad? We already have enough paratroopers; it would have been better to rework the paratrooper mechanic—like the USSR’s—to allow for weapon swapping. The developers can’t even manage the simplest thing: letting us change weapons on paratroopers.
It’d be nice to see more airborne representation in enlisted that isn’t legacy and actually airborne as paratroopers because so far we only have the 101st for the Americans and the paramarines who were used for 2 years on Guadalcanal and Okinawa then they were disbanded.
Because the dev would keep the Soviets as the most power nation especially with the body armor and the only paratrooper squad being able to go at any br, the dev hate any other nation the Russian bias is wild
Well i wouldn’t say that, paratroopers historically push for innovation to get there job done, either quick fixes to make there job easier like jump boots and folding weapons to new concepts like small unit warfare, there are lots of paratrooper squad but none of them are tt or premium with majority being old event and the need to gamble.
