The tracks are fake, why couldn’t you have just made it an event vehicle so it could have real track armour, instead we get a useless skin:

You continue with events that are not worth playing. Why give boosters if we can’t use them in events? When will you give weapons as rewards that are at least as good as the weapons in the tree? It’s starting to be a joke with the battlepass and the events. Only one out of 4 is worth playing. We don’t need fake skins. Don’t help anyone by giving away a skin and 2 weapons. New players don’t need them and veterans won’t play with them and for them.

I already complained about it in another place, as I was wondering if I should even use this ugly skin over the grey one I got from chests before. Apparently it adds up with some ghostly advantage as it is with “cosmetic” body armors.
Dregomz told me that they do add some resistance vs AT rifles when tested it in editor in comparison to default tank, but obv that changes nothing when it comes to AT launchers

And I have 28 million extra research points to unlock it…I’m ready. Since the event only has one each of the weapons for the long grind, at the end you slightly nerf them and add them to the TT as reward?

The sad part is that this information was given in the russian section of the forum almost immdiately.
But the likes of MajorMcGhost could not bother to show up for that on the EN side.
Also a dev there did say that they intend to make the tracks that are part of the skins functional in the future…

I have just read that the track armor on the m14/41 isnt modelled???
This is super disappointing. This was the most appealing reward of the event…(the lewis isnt a reward…its a sacrilege that its not in the TT)

oh really? i thought it was fault of skins not having 3d objects, since i was aware that tacks work as extra armor in event, premium and old BP vehicles since they are part of the vehicles itself.
That also came with a New Squad!
