The 75/32 M41 only has APHE and Smoke, give it HE (or heat). I would prefer HE over HEAT because the sheep already has decent pen, but I wouldn’t mind the HEAT round there instead, or maybe they could add Heat and HE, but I think they should stick with one of those 2.
this would result in it probably being br2… i think they should just add semovente 105 to br3
i will acknowledge however that having to hit infantry directly… on top of it being a casemate is rather annoying.

not everything needs heat, its a td with a low profile hull and a better gun than most br2 tank most of which with a 75mm are low velocity guns that cant pen most tanks easily
They could add a BR2 version with HEAT for sure tho. There are quite some versions of those Italian TDs and all of them saw real combat - even high BR TD can be added.
Give the 105/25 m43 
I think it is possible to give a version of the Sherman 105 with HEAT shells on the BR4.
And you can make a br3 m41 with heat
