Oh, don’t get fooled! The Il is an excellent bomber as well, and his 37mm canon does murder… his 100kg bombs are also almost as effective when aimed correctly. It’s the same problem with it as the german’s side: most bomber pilots kamikaze bomb and then thank you very much are continuing with another squad… I believe the load isn’t the issue… the availability of bombers is.
Well yeah i didnt say they are weak but at least the 100kg needs actually proper aim to be effective. Not like 250-500kg nukes 
And yeah the guns are nice (both the 37 and the 23mm) but i prefer CAS having some cannons and a few 100kg bombs that having multiple 250-500 bombs 
I think bombers need something better to do like giving them objectives.
Getting them to bomb certain points on the map so the team can advance quicker.
Bomb pill boxes or large gun emplacements. Reduce the reward for killing ground soldiers
but increase it for tanks or amo supplies.
AA needs to be better. The only AA guns I see have been built to shoot ground units, lol
I have just fighters in my set ups and I will jump in and shoot down bombers. But the game play
can be frustrating and not very rewarding. Example of a match I had some time ago. It must have been the same person
just doing pure bombing runs.
Everytime I would shot at them and the plane got to the smoking point they would just jump out
denying me their soul and that extra measly kill point.
I personally wish planes in general felt more like vehicles you’re supposed to take care of and less like the predator drone killstreak bonus from CoD. Having to take off, land, and actually fly your plane around and hit specific things would be a nice change.
Pretty much what I mean: limiting their availability will make players less prone to kamikaze waste them and try to KEEP them in the air instead of scum sacrificing. Having to spawn more squads instead of the default “every three squad is your bomber” formula would do the trick… without the devs having to rework everything. Landing and rearming looks nice on paper but is a “meh” solution. You would in fact see MORE kamikaze with that without diminishing the plane availability. The devs would also need to waste time creating a complete air base… twice… for each campaign map. Since matchs have an average duration of only 10 minutes this would be a time wasting endeavor too.
It’s simple, really - everytime your plane crashes, it should suffer some DMG that persists between matches. If you don’t fix it (using silver orders) before another match, it will spawn already damaged.
If the DMG is too high, you can’t spawn your plane at all, you just get a message like: “the vehicle is FUBAR”.
Edit: only the actual crash increases your DMG. So long as you keep your plane in the air, even shot to pieces, your DMG will not increase. This should incentivize players to really fight for their planes, and not just go: “oh, that’s the f-ing point, just suicide”

I would only let the upcoming Japanese faction kamikaze bomb unpunished… because you know, it’s their way.

until u play against someone using a esp cheat. Had a guy always getting 10 to 20 kills. and no tanks could move 5 feet before they were bombed to death.
true it happens from time to time but more time than not it the bots giving your location away
Nerfing planes doesn’t make sense. What you should be promoting is a change in game meta. Let’s say planes should be limited to 1 respawn per player. Tanks, maybe 2-3 respawns per player. Or, planes should take off from an airfield and also land to be rearmed, since they’re so deadly.

I like this one. Needs a way to return your plane when you had enough flying so you’re not forced to crash your plane, but otherwise nice.
It starts as a bona fide suggestion, then you stare as devs get the catch and start asking you orders to refit ALL units from one battle to another, and we end up like in War Thunder where the most profitable thing to do is NOT to play the game.
no, Bombers armour was improved some time ago and now are flying tanks.
If devs lower his armour, fighters can destroy easily (and everyone has a fighter)

Limiting planes is a change to planes. XD I was purposely vague because I don’t know how to balance them I just know they are a major issue.
Thank god at least one person sees only ONE of them many problems that would arrive from this change if it were added.
