What gives with the current trend on giving German players more access to better weapons? Germany currently gets:
-Infantry rockets that can pierce and kill tanks. No other nation gets a rocket or even a bomb that can kill a German tank or a lightly-armored Puma
-Better HE ammo. The underwing 37mm does more HE damage than the Sherman or M8 75mm. The Panzer IV from Moscow annihilates troops with its 75mm that reloads in half the time.
-Better SMGs. Streamers were wondering why we got a Korean/Vietnam era version of the M3 submachine gun instead of a Thompson. If the premium weapons weren’t nerfed, Germany would also wreck with the MP41.
Are there less players for Germany that they really need better versions of everything?
True to a point. The Garand is better than the G43 and allies do get a shotgun that clears out entire areas (why its so standard I’m not sure). The rockets, though, need a major balance pass.
By rockets you mean the M8s bazookas on the P-38 or the PIAT?
Side note the PIAT isn’t a rocket launcher iirc.
From what I understood HE in game is based around caliber and explosive filler and the sherman and Pz 4 F1 got pretty much the same so you are just being delusional…
The only guns that really got problems when it comes to HE ammunition are the 37s.
All of the guns we had will be added again they aren’t in yet so people will test other guns…
And the M3A1 greace gun is WW2 gun, idk why it’s in normandy from what I know it wasn’t a thing yet lmao.
The P-38. I couldn’t kill a Puma with a direct hit yet BF110 infantry rockets were blowing up Shermans left and right. They are infantry rockets.
Yesterday, they did finally nerf the Panzer IV HE. I was completely shutting down the enemy team and ruining games with it. That point is now moot. All 75mm HE sucks now. I haven’t been killed by a 37mm underwing cannon yet so the jury is still out on that one.
I believe the M3A1 revision was not used in WWII. The M3 grease gun was.
Either way it doesn’t make sense to include it alongside the vanilla M3 because the differences were in cost, durability, and ease of maintenance. Not direct performance.

Well you need to understand something,the M8 bazookas are literally bazookas, it’s HEAT war head the only thing it gonna Destroy is the thing in his straight line.
The rockets on the BF-110 are HE rockets they can pen up to 60mm IIRC and after they pened they explode.
You can Destroy puma using the M8 by hitting ammo or already low on crew puma.
I’ve always been skeptical of APHE rockets.
Is there any evidence that they’re even reliable against armor? It seems to me like they would just bounce if they didn’t hit perfectly.
Yeah they were really unreliable and bounced 70% of the time do to high degrees, if you hit at 60° armor it’d probably bounce do to the weird looking war head.
In real life M1 Garand was better than the G43 and Kar98 and PPSh and Thompson were better than the MP-40
The superior German weapons is a myth pushed by wehraboos on reddit pages
If Enlisted were to be realistic, Germans will have:
Better MG’s than allies
Better Assault rifle than allies (but only available in limited number)
Better aircrafts than allies
Better late-war tanks than allies
But also
Worse rifles than allies
Worse SMG’s than allies
Worse early-war tanks than allies
Smaller amount of semi-automatic rifles than allies
So I have to agree with @1004030, Germany shouldn’t get EVERYTHING better due to historical facts
But I would agree with @5762269 that 37mm HE is too bad
M3 is ww2 era, not Korean era
Partially true, German mains are split into 2 campaigns and struggle a bit
But that’s no reason to make them stronger, I hope OBT will give us more balance between teams (and I hope for some asymmetric balance too)
My conclusion (Normandy) is give Germany more MG power and better tanks (like panther)
But also give USA more Semi-automatic guns and better SMG
i’ll challenge you to destroy a panther with m5s or m8s.
i don’t know where you get the idea of having panthers is a good idea nor why you think that as they are pretty much overkill against sherman. not to mention that they are not even good in urban combat ( due to it’s slow rotation of turret, and long reload per shell) ah yeah, barell is can no loger take damage in order to force the tank to retreat.
