Do not let tanks deal damage from their squads' spawn point

This has been bugging me for months now. So many times tanks just sit back where they spawned and regular infantry cant do anything about it. In lower BRs (i play BRII) most people cant/dont use planes so this is a big problem and I think an exploit of the game mechanics.
