We can already fight Germany in Normandy with Moroccan warriors and chinese squads.
A simple rifle won’t make much difference.
And let’s not start with the throng of prototype event, bp, premium and ex gold order weapons already available…

I suppose I am of a peculiar opinion that this was necessary evil/unfortunate consequence of the Merge.
And that one BS doesn’t mean the second BS is now not BS.
Wouldn’t imagine people who want accurate Commonwealth uniforms or Italian APC also want to have the Chinese defend Moscow in 1941.
But to each their own I guess.
Everyone like accurate uniforms.

Everyone ALSO like to have many options…

I agree with this. The bolt action rifle is unnecessary addition to ussr tt when they already have loads of br 1 bolties. It should be given to chinese volunteer rifleman squad instead for a future event

Agreed. Or to the existing Chinese squad as a second weapon option.
I would even understand if it was given as a reward or an event, like a couple were captured in Manchuria or something.
But why completely foreign bolt action, never used by USSR ever, directly in tech tree?

What if:
- like allies can choose usa or Commonwealth "nationality "
- like axis can choose German or Italian
What if Urss could choose between russian and chinese in cosmetic soldiers tab?
Players could then have a chinese squad… and they could equip them with chinese rifles.
You know maybe it’s what gaijin is planning, too…

But… USSR and China were never directly fighting alongside each other like US and UK or Germany and Italy.
I can not imagine what kind of 40º fever dream it must be to hear full Chinese speech in Stalingrad (hello there new premium squad).

I think it would only work if they add Communist Chinese squads into TT or readd it as premium or event squad.
As of now, there is no need for it and feels like devs had nothing for Soviets to add this time.

Well you know what they say: money talks.
There’s a big chinese playerbase (clients).
china is known to like everything russian/urss.
Gaijin knows a standalone chinese faction in Enlisted would flop as they mostly borrowed things from other major factions in ww2 time.
Conclusion: add playable chinese characters with the urss faction, as semi sub faction.
But it’s just a theory… A GAME THEORY!

I mean yes if you just want to make it rain, the easiest way is to make China Numba Wan, have them put their flag over the Reichstag and sell gold plated Mao’s AK for 99.99 RMB only.

You could even say it was gone with Jumbo in Normandy campaign, back years ago.
There’s no turning back, @Veekay45 . Instead, you should propose new things that could work.
Such as historically accurate MODES, or EVENTS, or OPTIONS in custom battles. Something like that.
HA in normal mode is gone. You hurt yourself trying desperately to hold to it…

You’re doing suggestions about trying to bring back some form of HA in normal mode.
Most of your polls are too back and white.
You prevent genuine options from happening. For example:
“Do players want Stalingrad rzev to be caped at br3 and Berlin 4-5? Or maybe let players choose their own br?”

Where is the choice for players who just want to choose their br? You hid it behind the suggestion to cap maps at certain br! So of course many players will vote no! You’re not actually giving them a fair choice.

HA in regular mode will never be back.
What I’m telling is you should propose something new. (Wait fair poll options, not yes I want HA absolutely and a new feature, or no to everything.)
A bit like the devs did with Market Garden. Try and flesh out around stuff like that.
The problem is that there’s really no easy way to add Chinese stuff with the way the game is right now. No matter what faction it gets thrown in with it’ll end up in Europe.

It would be best if this were a standalone unit/squad, and its deployment should be restricted to maps set in the Far East (or Manchuria) only.
