Im thinking Kwantung Army 1945, 136th Independant Mixed Brigade, low priority / security formation given what was available in arms. They were the most likely to have been issues Chinese Captured weapons.

Type 24 Chiang-Kai Shek Rifle

7.92mm x 57mm Mauser
600mm barrel length
760m/s Muzzle Velocity
22.4 stock damage / 25.8 upgraded damage
rate of fire : 54 / 62 upgraded

6x Infantry with Chiang Kai Shek Rifle + C96 pistol
1x Light Gunner with ZB-26 LMG + C96 pistol
1x Anti Tank with Chiang Kai Shek Rifle + C96 pistol
1x Engineer with Chiang Kai Shek Rifle + C96 pistol

The Type 24 Chiang Kai Shek is actually based on Mauser Standardmodell Rifle despite the popular belief its copy of Kar-98k - Mauser Standardmodell - Wikipedia

The Mauser Standardmodell rifle for example has a straight bolt compared to a bent bolt that Kar-98k has
Kar-98k is more known as the Third Reich Rifle
Standardmodell is more known as the Rifle of the Weimer Republic

Here’s Kar-98k for comparison

Here’s mannlichter 1895 for comparison

As you can see the Mannlichter smashes the competition in cycling rate
Kar-98K has slight edge over the Standardmodell since the curved bolt helps the cycling rate since unlike the standardmodell the shooter doesnt have to rotate the bolt fully 90 degrees vertically, that being said the standardmodell bolt action is still rather smooth.

Why is it only being total 8 men squad? You want it to be a rifleman squad right? Which has total 9 men.
Also i’d put this on BR 1 if it were up to me. 5 rnds 69 rof bolt-action rifle when upgraded without being a straight-pull rifle(Hence, not able to getting those super nice buff on straight-pull rifles which is that you don’t have to get out of ADS everytime you shoot 1 bullet)on BR 2 is i think, rather weak. Same goes for all other bolt-action rifles with similar stats like this IMO.

rifle… premium?

I suppose no different than arisaka or m28

Very strange suggestion in general.
First, there hasn’t been a premium squad with mixed primary weapons before.
Second, I doubt many would want to pay for a reskin k98k squad, especially when General Liu squad exists.
Third, why would anyone use trash Nambu over C96, which is in great abundance in China?

updated to C96

Liu rifle is not available to Japan and this suggestion is for the Japanese faction. “Kwantung Army” being a security force in occupied Manchuria.

It probably would have been nice if the suggestion made that more clear

Oh my bad. Didn’t read the prompt carefully. I assumed it was a premium squad for the allies with the phrase “Chinese captured weapons” but turned out only with captured Nambu pistols. That’s why I felt super strange.

made it clear in title now

Yes to the squad and rifle in early br as Japan lacks a premium rifle squad period.

No to including c96, as it would give more value I agree it’s going to have a slight edge in terms of equipment amount compared to other premium squads.

Now if all got premiums got a sidearm, yes to it.

No different than the san marco dagger or fairbairn sykes knife

Both of those provide a slight advantage compared to other premiums via movement speed buff… giving you something that normally would have to be earned through an event
